FAQs
What is Biltong?
Biltong is a traditional South African air-dried beef snack - tender, savoury, and full of flavour.
Made from quality cuts of beef, it’s marinated and spiced, then slowly air-dried to perfection.
Unlike jerky, biltong is thicker, softer, and naturally rich in taste - with no added sugar or artificial ingredients.
It’s high in protein, low in carbs, and perfect as a snack, with a drink, or on the go.
A true taste of South Africa - now loved by Denmark too.
