What began as a small experiment in the kitchen quickly became a passion project - perfecting the craft of air-dried beef using traditional South African recipes and high-quality Danish ingredients. Word spread fast, and soon friends, family, and fellow South Africans were asking for more.
Today, we proudly produce and sell authentic South African biltong, handmade in Copenhagen. Every batch is made with care, using premium 100% Grass-fed beef, the finest spices, and time-honored drying methods - no shortcuts, just pure flavor.
